• 0-2 maximum years of secretary or office experience.
• Fluent (English and Arabic) Reading , Writing & Speaking .
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in MS Outlook.
in the below Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors & point them in the right direction, answer inquiries & create a welcoming environment.
• Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
• Manage communication including emails & phone calls.
• Screen phone calls, redirect calls & take messages.
• Schedule appointments, meetings & reservations as needed.
• Receive deliveries, sort & distribute incoming mail.
